Realty SA has been actively involved in the sales and marketing of the Affordable Housing Scheme since it was first introduced, being the marketing agent in the first pilot programme at Ferngrove, Salisbury East.

Affordable Housing Scheme is a South Australian Government initiative designed to help homebuyers realising their dream of home ownership. New land developments in most cases now must devote at least 15% of the total allotments created for affordable housing opportunities to eligible buyers.

Realty SA through it's close relationship with South Australia's largest Developer/ Builder, Fairmont Group, have and will continually provide Affordable Housing options to homebuyers. We will be continually making available new homes, either completed or under construction, or offer House & Land Packages on Realty SA's land estates.
